Standard Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 4-5 business days and are expected to be delivered within 6-7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping

  • All Standard orders are subject to a flat rate shipping cost of £7.99.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £75.
  • Just like standard shipping, orders are dispatched within 4-5 business days and are expected to be delivered within 6-7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order with the provided tracking number on our website.

Returns:

14-Day Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return policy on all non-personalised items.
  • You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • The return period will be calculated from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please click Submit Return here or at the bottom of the page.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive the return instructions.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are packed securely in the original packaging, where possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 of days.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Personalised Items

Personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
