- Orders are dispatched within 4-5 business days and are expected to be delivered within 6-7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping
- All Standard orders are subject to a flat rate shipping cost of £7.99.
- Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £75.
- Just like standard shipping, orders are dispatched within 4-5 business days and are expected to be delivered within 6-7 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order with the provided tracking number on our website.
Returns:
14-Day Returns
- We offer a 14-day return policy on all non-personalised items.
- You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- The return period will be calculated from the date of delivery.
Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive the return instructions.
- Please ensure that the item(s) are packed securely in the original packaging, where possible.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 of days.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Personalised Items
Personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
