NOTE: Leotards can take up to 6 weeks as they are custom made.

Delivery Time Frame

We aim to process and ship orders within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Please note that the delivery time frame is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or exceptional circumstances.

Order Processing

- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will typically be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. The estimated delivery time frame will depend on the selected shipping method and your location. You will be provided with shipping options and estimated delivery times during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is placed.

Delays and Exceptions

International Shipments

For international orders, please be aware that customs processing and clearance may add additional time to the delivery process. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the shipping process are the responsibility of the recipient.
